Paper are flushed, it contributes to costly repairs to customer and District sewer infrastructure and can risk sanitary sewer overflows. The following items are not designed to disintegrate well and should never be flushed down a toilet or sink:
- "Flushable" Wipes
- Disposable Diapers
- Paper Towels
- Hair
- Dental Floss
- Feminine Hygiene Products
- Condoms
- Cat Litter
- Latex Gloves
The District is operating a normal business schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The District has an easy way to pay your bill without having to create an account login. All you will need is your account number. If you decide to create an account, you will be able to pay your bill, look at your usage history and update your contact information.
The District has a customer-funded Good Neighbor Utility Assistance Program to help our customers with their water and sewer bills during financial hardships. Contact our customer service department for more information.
The Service Line Protection Program covers the water and/or sewer service line from your house to the District connection. District staff or trusted contractors will perform all work. Conditions apply. For full details, please visit:
